Who you're hiring
Firefighter-owned. Locally run. Actually answers the phone.
Green Property Maintenance is owned and operated by Ryan Green — an Agassiz resident and working firefighter who built this business on the two things most property owners can't find: someone who replies, and someone who finishes.
The story
Built on the standard
of the fire hall
Most people don't fire their landscaper over the quality of the cut. They fire them because nobody answered, nobody came, or nobody cleaned up. That gap is the entire reason this company exists.
Ryan works as a firefighter, where showing up on time and finishing what you started isn't a value statement on a website — it's the job. Green Property Maintenance runs the same way: clear pricing, a real schedule, and a property that looks finished when the truck pulls away.
Everything is handled by the same hands — hedges, lawns, pruning, weeding, gardens and mulch — so you never coordinate three contractors to keep one property tidy.
Professional. Reliable. Green.

How we operate
Four rules we don't bend
You get Ryan, not a call centre
The person who quotes the work is the person doing the work. Nothing gets lost between the office and the truck, because there is no office.
Trained to show up
Firefighting doesn't leave much room for 'I'll get to it next week.' That same standard of turning up when you said you would carries onto every property.
Local means accountable
Ryan lives in Agassiz. Work poorly here and you hear about it at the grocery store. That's a far stronger guarantee than any warranty page.
Finished means finished
Debris hauled, hard surfaces blown, gates closed. A job isn't done because the cutting stopped — it's done when the property looks handled.
Work with someone who picks up
Send the property details and Ryan gets back to you — usually the same day — with a clear price and a date.
